Lunivana aims to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the following policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be considered.
Return Timeframe
You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the item (the delivery date). Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return Approval
Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:
- The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or used
- The item remains in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
Items that do not satisfy these conditions may be rejected and returned to you without a refund.
Refund Assessment & Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once the assessment is completed:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection outcome by email
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- We will process the refund within 7 calendar days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the actual posting time may vary depending on your payment provider or issuing bank.
Non‑Returnable Items
In accordance with applicable laws, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective:
- Customized or personalised products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear) if the seal is broken
- Digital downloads or software that have been opened or used
- Items explicitly marked as non‑returnable on the product page
All other products – whether purchased at full price or at a discount – are eligible for return under this 7‑day return policy.
Refund Status Enquiries
If a refund has been approved but has not yet appeared in your account, please:
- Review your bank or card statement
- Contact your card issuer regarding pending credits
- Check with your bank for posting timelines

Return Shipping Responsibilities
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (in which case we will cover the return shipping costs).
- Original delivery charges are not refundable
- If we arrange a return label, we may deduct the return shipping cost from your refund
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for higher‑value returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are limited to items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Requests must be submitted within the return timeframe.

- Product details
- Clear supporting photographs, where applicable
